In remembering our heroes thesportlr  travel back 23 years into the past to the coast of Libreville, Gabon, a country with shores facing the Atlantic ocean. This is where the plane crashed in the early morning of 28th April 1993 and killed all 30 passengers that included the crew, Football Association Of Zambia officials, coaches and the travelling players.   The Zambia national soccer team was travelling to Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) having come from Mauritius with a record win. The respective twain teams were well-balanced in the opening minutes with both sides showing off superb game techniques. Though Nkana (Kalampa) had an edge with their buoyed confidence over the Magnificent Kabwe Warriors. But as the play progressed it was clear that Kalampa struggled against the visitors.   Notable at the front was Walter Bwalya (squad #10) who from much centred efforts beseemed in a hurry to stretch his goal-scoring tally and surely wasted the the greater number of the half chances which came his way. Mid Week Action in the MTN FAZ Super League

Zambia super league week four is scheduled for in the middle of the week with exception of Zesco with Red Arrows and Zanaco with Power Dynamos. Zesco and Zanaco are preparing for the CAF league games. The action packed event is expected to kick off 13:00 as the first game in Lusaka at Independence stadium. Three games will be played up north that includes Nkana, Mufulira Wanderers and Lumwana, while four in the midlands and down south.
