Chipata Girls 2-2 Amazing Grace set the tone with a balanced contest. Esther Makoti’s 22nd-minute opener and Ruth Muwowo’s 80th-minute strike looked to have given Amazing Grace the win, but Chipata Girls fought back through Memory Zulu and a stoppage-time equalizer from Esther Mbewe.
Red Arrows Women 2-0 Konkola Blades Queens saw the Airwomen begin strong, with goals from Mary Mukupa and Mary Mambwe securing a comfortable victory. Meanwhile, Zanaco Ladies 2-1 Nchanga Rangers Queens was decided by Ruth Ngoma’s brace, who struck in the 21st and 89th minutes to overturn Tricia Mbamba’s earlier goal.
Elsewhere, Indeni Roses edged National Assembly 1-0 thanks to a late strike from Ngosa Chabwe, while Nkwazi Queens also grabbed a narrow 1-0 win over The Elite Ladies courtesy of Esther Phiri’s 49th-minute effort.
