Honor Janza’s Disrespect for Zambia super league by calling up Saté Saté to these aimless national soccer team camps is untimely. It is terrible news for Nkana.

First and foremost, the league has reached its crest and if Janza had any respect for the ZSL, he should not disturb the teams in the league. It’s a defining period in telling who is going to come out champs at the end of the season.

Secondly, if we are dreaming of defending the league title we need players to have undivided attention towards retaining the title.

We’ve had three different coaches in charge over just nine months. There is a substantial number of new players intrinsic to the team who are dying to settle down in a compounded squad.

Players like Derrick Mwansa, Amos Simwanza, Chewe Mukuka, Shadrick Musonda, Francis Simwanza, Tony Teni Teni Odur, Frank Chibuye, Simon Bwalya, Maybin Chishimba, Rabson Mucheleng’anga and indeed Joseph Sitali have been at the club in less than a year.

Blending the team to attain effective cohesion takes more time than under a year. We need Saté Saté back to start building a team with the new guys.
