Napsa Stars look to Kenya confirming additions to their chart with Kenyan Timothy Otieno as the latest hot cake in addition to goalkeeper Shaaban Odhoji.
Shaaban has been with the pensioners since January 2020 but center forward Timothy Otieno from Tusker is the new addition. A social media posting on Twitter confirmed the news;
“Its a done deal and Mr. Otieno is now a pensioner,” said the tweet.
“The striker has signed a three-year permanent deal from Kenyan Premier League side Tusker FC. Otieno was the top scorer in the just-ended League with 14 goals…”
In response to the transfer Timothy said he was super elated to have signed with @napsastars_fc . “Am glad I will don the yellow color for the next three seasons and hopefully help the team achieve her targets. I look forward to a fruitful stay and outing at Napsa,” he said.
And at the signing meeting, Otieno was welcomed by Shaaban Odhoji another Kenyan who has already been with Napsa Stars. Shaaban is a former Gor Mahia goalkeeper.
Timothy Otieno is the 2020 top scorer of tusker and the Kenyan Premier League.
