The ink isn’t dry yet from snatching best of Wanderers Queens Ngandu Chisola and Carol Sakuwaha, Konkola Blades Queens are already sharpening their squad further to the tune of the 2025/2026 ZPL Eden University Women’s Super League.
Still riding high from topping this side of the Women’s ZPL National League, the Sharp Razor Queens have announced three more new signings to add to their already buzzing locker room.
Mass Immigration to Chilis:
- Mary Njovu, Goalkeeper (from Mufulira Wanderers Queens)
- Taonga Phiri, Left-back (also from Mufulira Wanderers Queens)
- Gift Chimba, Goalkeeper (from Chipata Girls)
Njovu and Phiri have penned two-season deals while Chimba joins on a permanent move. If you thought the squad was settled, think again — Coach Enala is clearly building something fierce.
And fans are already reading between the lines…
“It seems Mufulira Wanderers Queens have migrated to Chili’s.” – Barukh Adonai Atah
“Coach Enala is another person, wait and see her next move. Copper Queens material will be heading to Chililabombwe soon.” – Tiza Nkhomo
“Naleka maayo, cyber iliko.” – someone who clearly can’t keep calm anymore and may say something unlawful on social platform.
