Zambia super league come to close today 27th October 2018 with Nakambala Leopards, Lumwana Radiants and National Assembly grasping to get out of the bottom feed.

Zesco United in a brought forward fixture week 38 played on 13th October sealed their top position with 80 points. Immediately falling behind is Nkana with less 4 points at second position.

Wounded Buffaloes top flight ambition was short down to third position with Green Eagles trailing on the fourth.

These top four teams will represent Zambian football as envoys in the CAF league and that’s why they had to play their week 38 to accommodate for club names submission to CAF.

CAF adjusted new calendar falling 2018/2019 required teams names be submitted by 15th October. So the FA saw to it that four games where played involving the teams with an hand to fall into the top four.

Conclusion of the Zambia Super League 2018

Week 38 concluding Zambia super league will get on with 6 games to be played today. Ndola will have two games with Buildcon playing against Power Dynamos in an early kick off at Levy Mwanawasa stadium.

Later at the same stadia comfortably placed Forest Rangers will scuffle with National Assembly. Assembly on 16th with 39 points will throw in their best for a win to escape relegation. However woes should anything happen to Assembly than maximum 3 points and Lumwana Radiants claim victory.

Lumwana Radiants will be in Chingola playing Nchanga Rangers. Brave Rangers have little to fight for than fulfil the fixture seating at second from the bottom with 26 points. However a win for Nchanga will see them end on 17th position and Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy will drop to 18th.

Nakambala Leopards is faithfully placed on 15th and will wish for any result short of three points from National Assembly and Lumwana. The Leopards play New Monze Swallows a team already confirmed to be relegated

Remaining fixture is at Garden Park stadium in Kitwe and Lusaka Red Arrows against Napsa. Chingalika will either end on 2th or 13th position having impressed everyone in the 2018 super league. Of the four teams that won promotion to 2018 MTN FAZ premier league, KYSA, NMS and NAZ, Kitwe United have performed way better.

Kitwe United will play the Magnificent Kabwe Warriors.
