Forest Rangers will play FC MUZA in the 2023 Absa Cup final
Forest Rangers booked their place in the final with a 2-1 win over Power Dynamos in the first semi-final played at Woodlands Stadium on Saturday, while FC MUZA beat Trident FC 1 – 0 at the same venue on Sunday.
It was Moyela Libamba and Cephas Mulombwa who scored for Forest Rangers to send the Ndola-based side into the Absa Cup final for the first time in the club’s history, while Mandra Muleya’s deflected effort was all FC MUZA needed to reach the final, also for the first time.
The two first-time finalists will meet in the final at the National Heroes Stadium on 20th May 2023.
