The determined Egyptian giant will have it tough with Zesco United who have put in extra preparation for this game.

“The mood in camp is high as we await the match this evening which of course is a must win for us. Trust me it won’t be an easy game because even Ahly are banking on this game.” Zesco United Chief Executive Officer Justin Mumba told

The Egyptian side Al Ahly had a poor start in the group stage with a clean 3:2 loss to Zesco United at Levy Mwanawasa. This was followed by another loss to ASEC Mimosas and a draw at home with Wydad Casablanca and a win as they visited Morocco.

The above has effectively put Al Ahly SC seating on the third place of the Group Stage with only two games remaining. Ahly needs to win the Zesco game in order to have chances to move forward to the next stage.
