Grant Announces Zambia Final Squad for CHAN 2025: Coach Avram Grant has confirmed Zambia’s final list of domestically based players set to compete in the 2025 CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN), which kicks off in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania) from August 2 to 30, 2025.
Grant’s bullets are loaded into Group A alongside Kenya, the primary co‑host, DR Congo, Angola, and Morocco—making it a proper “group of death” with big footballing names.
Their opening match is against DR Congo on 7 August 2025, followed by a showdown with Angola just three days later. They’ll wrap up the group stage by facing Morocco, and Zambia faces group hosts Kenya on 17 August.
